I wouldn't call Archived Memories for Hedge Fund a "waste", even if it's not my "go to" plan. It's two actions and a card for 5 credits, which is still more efficient than Armitage or Melange. Is AM for Corporate Troubleshooter (or whatever) probably better? Yeah, often. But sometimes you just need the credits, and Archived Memories can help get you there.
I too am using Melange over PAD Campaign now - it's a better fit, as others have noted, with the Weyland "one remote server" approach. Of course, I only run two Melange, as it tends to be a mid to late game card for me (and if I really wanted to, I could recur it).
Three Data Raven are probably a must in Weyland right now - in the early game it might as well read "end the run", and in the late game, it's just not possible to run Data Raven very efficiently because of the mandatory tag. An excellent, excellent card.
I'd love to run Snare! too, but it seems like too much of an indulgence; if they don't run on the last click, I won't be tagging them, and the net damage is almost always going to be meaningless against anyone who's not dumb enough to get themselves flatlined. Worse still, I've got to keep four credits open for Snare!, and we all know how credit hungry Weyland is.
On top of that, if we accept that three Data Raven is mandatory in Weyland, Snare! will use up most of our remaining influence. Is it really better than Archived Memories or Toll Booth? Probably not.
