I'm going to present a counter viewpoint that I'm content to not care what process was used to develop the games I play, as long as it meets my price / performance requirements. Also, I don't think companies do need to be upfront about AI usage in game production anymore than in other walks of llife such as not knowing the age of the child or adult who laced our training shoes in the factory.
Most likely your car or any cars your travel in, was part robot assembled, putting swathes of mechanics / technicians out of employment, but I think we are mostly accepted of that one.
I 2nd this. Not interested in debating against someone who just wants to rage online....but I also feel this way.
