Yeah, as Thiago said, Dave, as well as Nick, and El Cholo, and numerous others yet to come, were Kickstarter 'Abomination Level' bonuses, there were also a few optional extra Survivors too.
If you want to field these Survivors you can find most of their stats and Survivor ID Cards, in the Developer Blogs over on Guillotine Games website:
