This is a Pegasus Expansion session report with New Caprica as the destination and no one picking a cylon leader.

First, we have the players.

Game starts off really well, Cain uses the Main Battery and takes out all the raiders on the first turn of the game. Second turn Chief attacks the basestar and scores a 2x damage. Roslin plays with the Quorum and then Kat hops in a viper and attacks the basestar. Rolls a natural 8 and takes it out. I am Ellen Tigh and also a cylon from the start. I have decided I am not going to do anything to jeopardize myself until post sleeper so I am giving people Executive Orders and what not. My crisis if passed will let the President look at my loyalty card and this cannot happen. They really wanted to pass this since the last time we played I was the cylon and they started off the game suspicious of me. I played heavily against the check. Putting in about 15 points against it. The check came up 2 points short and they had given up all of their declare emergencies for the check. I am safe and giving the excuse that I did not trust President Roslin so early in the game.

Cain comes up and jumps us a distance of 1. This along with a wacky purple that showed up has drawn some heat off of me for the time being. I go back to being an upstanding citizen. Nothing very eventful happens. Next jump we go 2 distance to put us at 3 distance and the very next turn is Admiral Cain. I convince her to use her Blind Jump and we go 3 more distance to put us at 6. Fuel is at 3, Morale and Food are around 5-6 and Population is at 8 due to a 3 loss during a jump and a civvy ship that got destroyed. Things keep going pretty smoothly for the humans and they jump to New Caprica. Fuel is now 2 and Morale and Food are just into the red. I have no clue who my cylon buddy is and I have not done anything to make them question my humanity, not even pass off treachery cards to them through my Politically Adroit ability.

Come New Caprica. I move and start unlocking ships to keep from being suspicious. Cain does the same. We have 1 Occupation Force so far. Chief's turn comes and he reveals himself a cylon for a -1 morale hit. I had no clue he was a cylon. It keeps going around we have unlocked about 5 civvy ships so far and 2 have been destroyed via Occupation Forces. Galactica jumps back into Orbit. A skill check comes up that the humans play reckless into the check and I take the opportunity to play bad into the checks for the first time all game. My treachery card activates all of the Cylon ships and it is covered up by being the only negative into the check after President Roslin took an option of adding 2 more treachery cards to destiny. So, I'm covered and it was just fate or the revealed cylon.

I have seen my path to victory and when it comes back to my turn I use my once per game and take the Admiralcy from Cain for the turn and jump Galactica away after having evacuated only 2 civilian ships and leaving all of the humans (myself included) and 6 civilian ships on New Caprica. Population hits on all civilian ships and -4 morale.

Galactica's FTL must have messed up and just jumped the ship away leaving all of the humans to die a nasty death on New Caprica. First time playing Pegasus Expansion with New Caprica and I must say I had a blast. Due to playing with them before I had to be really covert since they were suspicious of me from before the game started. When I told them that Pegasus had the airlock to execute people on Monday they said the first move of the game would be to throw me out of the airlock. Gladly, that wasn't the first move of the game. All in all, I think Pegasus adds a nice bit to Battlestar Galactica and can't wait to play again. With Exodus next time hopefully.
