JohnI think my best horror themed game is Last Night On Earth - the base game is very good and comes with enough stuff for up two six players - 2 zombies and 4 heros - and plenty of scenarios - be warned though there are lots of expansions and some are web order from the US only (this is also true for touch of evil)
What you may want to keep an eye out for is the up coming Timber Peak expansion / stand alone for Last Night on Earth
