Oh I agree that I don't think a minis game map makes it a board game. Unfortunately it doesn't appear like FFG or Lucas thinks it is that cut and dry. They didn't say that they couldn't but the fact that both companies basically dodged the question (and they dodged the question put in different ways from other people) leads me to believe that it isn't so easy.↧
