running both rototurret and Neural katana in a deck to make the early game less predictable for runner. rototurret encourages the runner to not install any non-killers early, neural katana punishes him for holding breakers in hand...
Djinn + a focused virus ice destruction suite. using this systematically to execute a plan is highly rewarding, and sometimes you dont need to install many other breakers. dont just draw off the deck if you have an economy going and/or some cyberfeeders installed, search for the best virus instead. get datasuckers asap if they dont show naturally. start pulling out parasites and focus on a server, typically r&D. if already in to r&D cheaply, get imp to nuke any ice you see before they can install it. run a single medium, and fetch it when the coast is clear following ice destruction...reliable plans are good.
chum + any ice runner will often crash through without breaking, said many times already. especially on central servers you want to make irritating more than impenetrable. when desperate? chum into chum! this is good because its cheap more than anything, and very psychological.
baiting runners with upgrades to waste money on big remote servers. I find this better than running actual ambushes. NBN with Red Herrings, Ash, and San San City Grid can really work this angle really well.
using credit generating ice in credit poor corps, especially on central servers. try 3X caduceus + 3X popup window in nbn
